Job Description

5 or more years of experience managing contracting processes including related gained in-house or and/or at a leading law firm Experience negotiating technology and services agreements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in partnering with and supporting a fast-paced sales or business development organization to close deals; strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously in such an environment to help drive deals to close Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to think and work well under pressure. Excellent drafting, written and verbal communication skills and ability to adapt legal requirements in balanced, creative and pragmatic ways to facilitate clear and open communication at all levels of the organization Deep familiarity and demonstrated experience with commercial contracts lifecycle management platforms such as Ironclad High personal standards of excellence and ethics, as well as the ability to act with discretion, strict confidentiality and sensitivity towards issues and individuals Ability to work efficiently under pressure, juggle multiple projects with contending priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change in a dynamic environment. Undergraduate degree required, Juris Doctor preferred Support updates to the Legal team's processes and procedures including contract playbooks, contract lifecycle management systems, and other procedures. Review, analyze, and report on non-standard contract terms. Create and maintain contract management tools and templates Manage CLM content, including entering data, contracts, and reports Act as record-keeper by maintaining a database of all contracts, contract statuses, and ensuring contract compliance Ensure execution of approved and finalized customer contracts; including timely and accurate hand-off to internal partners/stakeholders Report KPIs on contract terms and performance If required, draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts for Altus Group’s Analytics business Ensure contracts are consistent with business and category strategy objectives, compliant with corporate and legal requirements Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
